भारतीय समाज का संप्रदायीकरण और क्रन्तिकारी शक्तियां

सांप्रदायिक शक्तियां उग्र हो रही हैं| पिछले नवरात्रा में 5-6 राज्यों में आरएसएस और उसके गुर्गों ने (भिन्न भिन्न संगठनों के नाम से) जुलुस निकाले जो समझी बुझी षडयंत्र के तहत मस्जिदों और मुस्लिम बाहुल्य इलाकों से निकाला गया| मस्जिद के सामने भड़काऊ नारे लगाये गए, भद्दी भद्दी गलियां दी गयीं, कुछ मस्जिद पर भगवा झंडा तक फहराया गया| कई जगह तोड़ फोड़ भी किये गए| ये सारे काम पुलिस की मौजूदगी में हुयी और यदि कहें तो पुलिस और प्रशासन के देख रेख में हुआ, जिसमें मंत्रालय और न्यायलय की खामोश सहमती है या फिर छुप कर उन्हीं के द्वारा बनायीं गयी योजना का हिस्सा| दिखावे के लिए कुछ ऍफ़आईआर जरुर किये गए, मामला उच्चतम न्यायलय भी पहुंचा पर उनके अंजाम क्या होगा हम सभी को मालूम है|

चुनाव के पहले ये सांप्रदायिक शक्तियां सक्रीय हो जाती हैं और उग्रता का प्रदर्शन करने लगती है| पर अभी तो चुनाव ख़त्म हुए हैं? क्या गुजरात और हिमाचल प्रदेश के चुनाव की तैयारी है या और भी आगे, 2024 के भारत के लोकसभा की? हाँ, दिल्ली में नगर निगम का भी चुनाव आने वाला है और जहांगीरपुर हिंसा को भी देखा जा सकता है, जो दंगों की राजनीति से भिन्न दिखता है पर सत्ता की मंशा साफ़ झलक रहा है|

साथ में यह भी ध्यान रखना होगा कि भारत में आर्थिक संकट का दौर चल रहा है| बेरोजगारी, महंगाई, असमानता के साथ साथ ख़त्म होते शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था; जिनका निजीकरण हो रहा है और केन्द्रीय तथा राज्यों के बजट में इनके ऊपर आवंटित मद कम किये जा रहे हैं| मजदूर वर्ग और निम्नपूंजीपति वर्ग के साथ छोटे और मझौले किसानों  का सर्वहाराकरण बड़ी तेजी से हो रहा है| आवारा सर्वहारा (Lumpen Proletariat) और भिखमंगों की संख्या में बेतहाशा वृद्धि भी स्पष्ट रूप से दिख रहा है| यह सर्वहारा वर्ग (सबसे निचला वर्ग, आवारा सर्वहारा) फासीवाद का सामाजिक आधार है, और यह अंतर नहीं पड़ता है कि वह दलित है या ओबीसी है| जातीय समीकरण को धार्मिक गोलबंद द्वारा निरस्त्र करने का काम आरएसएस और इसके राजनितिक, सांस्कृतिक और सामाजिक संगठनों ने (जो दर्जनों में हैं) बखूबी किया है| जो बचा है वह पूंजी के “निवेश” द्वारा पूरा किया गया है| इसका मतलब यह कतई नहीं है कि भारत में जातीय प्रथा ख़त्म होने के कगार पर है, बल्कि इसमें बेतहाशा वृद्धि हुयी है और बढ़ा है जातीय उत्पीडन|

वैसे सांप्रदायिक हिंसा स्वतंत्र भारत का हिस्सा रहा है| भारत पाकिस्तान विभाजन से लेकर हाल फ़िलहाल के दंगों का इतिहास गवाह है| 1984 और 2002 के भयानक दंगों के आगे पीछे हजारों छोटे मोटे दंगे| नफ़रत की राजनीति स्वम्स्फूर्त नहीं है, नहीं भारतीय इतिहास में कोई उदहारण है; हमेशा ही राजनितिक दलों द्वारा योजना तहत किया गया है| राज्य और इसके विभाग (पुलिस, प्रशासन, आदि), तथाकथित प्रजातंत्र के “स्वतंत्र” स्तम्भ इसमें खुलेयाम या पार्श्व में शामिल रहे हैं| विपक्ष एक स्थायी या स्वतंत्र अस्तित्व नहीं है और पक्ष के साथ “एकताबद्ध” रही है, सांप्रदायिक माहौल ख़राब करने में, जिसके पीछे राजनितिक अर्थतंत्र (political economy) है| पूंजीपति वर्ग की चापलूसी और दलाली कमाने की मंशा|

भारत में हर रोज, आंकड़ों को देखें तो तक़रीबन, 2 सांप्रदायिक दंगे होते हैं हर रोज, साल में 700 बार! जरा गौर करें:

2001 : 649                 2002 : 638                 2003 : 700                 2004 :  711                 2005 : 669                 2006 : 698

2007 : 761                 2008 : 943                 2009 : 839

पिछले हफ्ते दिल्ली के जहांगीरपुर में हुए दंगों में यह बात साफ़ खुलकर आया है| आम आदमी पार्टी की चुप्पी स्पष्ट दिखता है कि इसकी भी होड़ लगी है भाजपा से अपने आप को ज्यादा हिन्दू दिखाने में| पंजाब में जितने के बाद यह पार्टी अपने आप को और भी ज्यादा राष्ट्रवादी दिखाने की कोशिश कर रही है और हमें मालूम है की कैसे इसने कश्मीर में जनता के ऊपर संघी दमन का साथ दिया राष्ट्रिय सुरक्षा के नाम पर| अभी जब तेरह दलों ने ज्ञापन दिया दंगा-फसाद के खिलाफ दिया, बाकि तेरह दलों ने किनारा कर लिए, क्यूंकि उन्हें हिंदुयों के वोट चाहिए| जिन्होंने चुप्पी साध रखी है उनमें आप के अलावा, बीजेडी और महाराष्ट्र से शिव सेना, महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना, एआईडीएएमके, बसपा प्रमुख हैं| यह अपराधिक चुप्पी सिर्फ वोट के लिए ही नहीं बल्कि दबाव और ब्लैकमेल के कारण भी है, सीबीआई आदि द्वारा और पूंजीपतियों से चंदे इकठ्ठा करने की लिए|

“प्रजातान्त्रिक” भारत में 2008 के बाद से एक और विशेष पहलू सामने आया है| ख़त्म होते संवैधानिक संसथान; चाहे सीबीआई हो या इडी (प्रवर्तन निदेशालय), टैक्स विभाग, चुनाव आयोग हो या फिर पुलिस, प्रशासन या न्यायलय हो, मीडिया या विपक्ष ही हो| ऐसा नहीं था कि 2014 के पहले ये बड़े सशक्त थे और इनकी अपनी साख थी पर अब ये बिलकुल स्पष्ट तौर पर सामने आ गए हैं और पूंजी की चापलूसी और पद और सत्ता बनाये रखने के लिए किसी भी हद तक गिरने को तैयर हैं| एक गुणात्मक परिवर्तन आया है और फासीवादी आंदोलन का स्पष्ट रूप उभर कर सामने आया है|

आज जो भी दिख रहा है, और बातों के आलावा कि इन दंगों के पीछे राजनितिक दलों और उनके गुर्गों का हाथ है और प्रशासन तथा पुलिस की मिली भगत है| आखित क्यूँ? क्या केवल सत्ता पाने की चाहत में राजनितिक दल सांप्रदायिक घृणा और दंगा फैला रहे हैं और संवैधानिक संसथान एक के बाद एक गिर रहे हैं और पूरा समाज और संविधान ख़ामोशी से इस बदलाव को देख रहा है? या और कोई है इस बदलाव के पीछे? आज के पहले (2014 से) पूंजीपति वर्ग का इस तरह से खुलेयाम (व्यक्तिगत रूप से भी कई पूंजीपति) राजनीति और सत्ता में हस्तक्षेप करता नहीं दिखता था, वास्तव में होता भी नहीं था|  यह बदलाव 2012 के अन्ना हजारे आंदोलन (जन लोकपाल बिल के लिए) से भी शुरू होता है, जब भारत में शुरू हुआ नवउदारवाद (1990 के आस पास से शुरू हुआ, और कई रूकावट और धक्कों के बाद) तीव्र गति से बढ़ा| भारतीय मजदूर वर्ग, किसानों का शोषण और लुट बेतहाशा बढ़ा| साथ में सत्ता द्वारा सीधे सीधे क़ानूनी और गैर क़ानूनी तरीकों से जनता के ऊपर दबाव बनाना और यातना देना|  व्हाट्सएप (दुसरे सोशल मीडिया भी हैं, पर व्हाट्सएप करोड़ों जनता के पास है और आसान है इसके लेखों और वीडियो को देखना) पर अब सिर्फ देश और धर्म या फिर कुछ खास व्यक्तियों के ऊपर “गर्व करना” ही नहीं सिखाया जा रहा है,  बल्कि अम्बानी और अदानी पर भी गर्व करना सिखाया जा रहा है, क्योंकि वह “देश” और जनता के लिए प्रशंसनीय काम कर रहे हैं|

उदाहरणों में अभी महाराष्ट्र में “हनुमान चालीसा” प्रकरण का सिर्फ जिक्र मात्र काफी है ऊपर के बातों को समझाने के लिए| बुर्जुआ प्रजातंत्र का फासीवाद में परिवर्तन (यक़ीनन भारतीय परिवेश में, संविधान और देश की सुरक्षा के नाम से ही, जो इटली और जर्मनी के स्थितियों से भिन्न है), नवउदारवाद के आगे का कदम है बुर्जुआ वर्ग के लिए| कांग्रेस द्वारा शुरू सुधार (भूमंडलीकरण, उदारीकरण और निजीकरण) का जमकर स्वागत किया यहाँ के पूंजीपति वर्ग ने (उन्हीं के इशारों पर तो हो रहा था यह बदलाव, और हाथ था वर्ल्ड बैंक और आईएम्ऍफ़ का, विश्व वित्तीय पूंजी का) पर यह भी साफ़ था कि यह कौंग्रेस के द्वारा पूरा नहीं होने वाल था और उसके बाद जो हुआ वह सभी को पता है| अब जो हो रहा है वह कौंग्रेस के द्वारा किये गए कार्यों का अगला अंजाम है|

प्रश्न है हम मजदूर वर्ग, प्रताड़ित जनता, उजड़ते किसान, प्रगतिशील और क्रन्तिकारी ताकतें क्या करें? आस पास नजर डालें तो जनता भी खामोश नहीं है, अपनी अपनी समझ के अनुसार गोलबंद हो रहीं हैं| संघर्ष जारी है| सीएए, एनआरसी से लेकर किसान आंदोलन और मजदूर वर्ग का आंदोलन लगातार जरी रहा है, जो काफी जुझारू भी रहा है; खासियत यह भी रहा है कि ये सारे संघर्ष सत्ता और सत्ताधारी दलों के कोशिशों के बावजूद धर्म, जाति से मुक्त होकर लम्बे अरसे तक चले हैं| हाँ, पर अंजाम कुछ मांगों के मिलने के अलावा असफल ही रहा है सांप्रदायिक और फासीवादी शक्तियों को कमजोड करने में, ध्वस्त करने की तो बातें या मंशा भी नहीं रही हैं इन आंदोलन के नेत्रित्व का|

सवाल यही है और प्रमुख है, सुधार या फिर क्रांति? सुधार मतलब आज की व्यवस्था को बरकरार रखना| शोषण और प्रतारणा को स्वीकार करना| हाँ, उसकी तीव्रता को कम करने की कोशिश जारी रखना| पर पूंजी की तानाशाही मिहनतकश आवाम के ऊपर जारी रखना और उसके रहमों करम की भीख मांगना| पूंजी की अंदुरनी अंतर्विरोध जब बढ़ता है और उसका संकट बढ़ता है तब पूंजी अपना भार मिहनतकश आवाम पर थोप देता है; और किस हद तक, यह निर्भर करता है मजदूर वर्ग किस हद तक एकताबद्ध है और प्रतिरोध करने में समर्थ है| हाँ, इसी एकता और प्रतिरोध को ख़त्म या कम करने के लिए सत्तारूढ़ यानि अभी पूंजीपति वर्ग धर्म, जाति आदि का पुनरुत्पादन करता है (अधिकांशतः बढे हुए दर पर) और उसका नतीजा हम भुगत रहे हैं; दंगा फसाद और अन्य रूपों में| पूंजीपति वर्ग को मालूम है कि जबतक मजदूर एक दुसरे के खिलाफ ही संघर्ष कर रहे हैं वे कभी भी पूंजी के अधिपत्य के खिलाफ संघर्ष में सफल नहीं होंगे| समाज में, जबतक तथाकथित ऊपर के जाति के मजदूर निचे के जाति के मजदूर पर अत्याचार में शामिल होंगे, उनके खुद की मुक्ति संभव नहीं है| वर्गीय एकता और संघर्ष ही एकमात्र विकल्प है मजदूर वर्ग और प्रताड़ित जनता की मुक्ति का|

पर यह चक्र जारी है और अमूर्त पूंजी, अपने मूर्त वाहकों, चाकरों, दलालों और समर्थकों (पूंजीपति वर्ग और इसके संचालक) द्वारा श्रम शक्ति के मूर्त धारकों (मजदूर वर्ग) के ऊपर अपनी सत्ता बरक़रार रखता है, अधिपत्य जारी रखता है| यह है संक्षिप्त में सुधार का मतलब|

क्रांति मतलब, उत्पादन संबंधों को बदलना| अभी उत्पादन के साधनों पर कुछ पूंजीपतियों का अधिकार है जबकि समाजवादी क्रांति के बाद यह उत्पादन सम्बन्ध बदलेगा; उत्पादन के साधनों पर मजदूर वर्ग का अधिकार होगा| दूसरों शब्दों में, निजी पूंजी का समाजीकरण होगा और यही है क्रांति का लक्ष्य|

तब, मजदूर वर्ग का अधिपत्य होगा और उत्पादन मुनाफा के लिए नहीं बल्कि समाज के सदस्यों के उपभोग के लिए होगा और कोई भी वर्ग मजदूरों के बीच विभाजन के लिए कोई भी तिकड़म नहीं कर सकेगा| एक नयी दुनिया, जहाँ अंततः वर्गों का अंत हो जायेगा और मानव द्वारा मानव का शोषण और प्रतारणा का आधार ही ख़त्म हो जायेगा| आर्थिक बदलाव के साथ सामाजिक, राजनितिक भेद भाव का आधार भी ख़त्म होगा|

क्या ये काल्पनिक बाँतें हैं? हम फिर से इस विषय पर आयेंगे, पर अभी सवाल यही है सुधार (चुनाव से चुनाव तक की राजनीति से) या फिर क्रांति, समाजवादी क्रांति?

"Jai Bhim" Film: A Critique

Saw film Jai Bhim.

Well portrayed the ground reality in abstract. Actors have played their roles very effectively. During BJP regime, situation has worsened qualitatively, compared to the past.

The story, like any other, depends on purity of anti-evil establishment, like judiciary here, and of course, on some hero or heroine, from the evil society. Hence, the limitations of the film in portraying the ground reality in details. The presence of agents and bribery, which has flooded the judiciary, for example, can’t be shown here or not shown here in concrete.

Solution of the deep social, political and economic problems, therefore, is not Jai Bhim (The “democratic”, constitutional, institutional and peaceful) means, but class struggle by the working class and the oppressed people, leading to end of capitalism, through revolution. The caste discrimination (even against the tribes, who are illiterates and live on primitive and “bestial” economy, like on hunting rats, snake catching, etc. shown in the movie.) helps the capitalist class to oust these people from the “society”, from the production and distribution cycle, from any social security measures. In addition, when needed, they are used as labor power, much cheaper than the workers of the “higher” castes and create extra relative surplus value. Similar is the case with the women workers.

Present state power, with all its departments & machinery, is for the top rich people and not only has incorporated the old existing caste, religious system (including all discriminatory practices) but reproduces them on extended scale. It is not neutral but heavily biased against the working & oppressed people.

Inquilab and only Inquilab as constitution and constitutional path is only for the bourgeois class and fascists. They are not merely misused but are essentially for the capitalist class and to protect their rights to profit. We have enough of verdicts from the top most courts of the country (global phenomenon) to prove this understanding.

Any Left party, which has deserted class struggle, and is busy in “election to election” politics, is not a Left party, but social democrat & even revisionist.

Besides all the points, where this movie has not succeeded, is good movie, in present fascist situation in India, rouses the passions, anger and forces the conscience to revolt against the existing system. Need is to revolt again & again against all forms of injustice and discrimination, exploitation and oppression!

Today, capitalism is not only hawkish, predatory, but is dependent on its state departments, like police, administration, CBI, NIA, ED, Army & judiciary, which are extremely cruel, heartless, corrupt and criminals.

Few exceptions do exist and on rare occasions, do manage successfully to “allow” justice to few victims, but what we need is, justice for the class, the exploited and the oppressed class. And for that, we need revolution to supersede capitalism with Socialism.

 "Speaking at an event organized by an Indian think tank in New Delhi on Friday, the vice-admiral dismissed as “nonsense” the notion that Russia was “interested in having a small and tiny strip of Ukraine soil and integrating it into their country.”

The pettiness of the Indian "think tank" is obvious but more important aspect of this incident is withering of NATO, which was created for war mongering as well as to propagate war machinery & industry.

Inability to appreciate the ground reality and accept it, is natural with the imperialist powers, apologists of the capitalist class, albeit on occasions, few exceptions do occur, through some individuals, who are honest and proud of their 'duties', even at top levels.

We see such exceptions in India, where some IAS/IPS officer oppose the fascist agenda, or in some verdicts by the judiciary, media persons exposing the crimes of the state, etc.

But these exceptions, irrespective of how much you (the social democrats, revisionists, like Trots and Titoites, etc.) appreciate and propagate, make no contribution in class struggle, which would lead us to our ultimate goal!

Fwd as recd... While the death he suffered is something which I would never wish for anyone but in most parts I agree with the inputs below of the writer.

GEN BIPIN RAWAT AS NEXT GENERATION INDIA’S NATIONAL HERO !!

It’s sad & tragic to lose Fauji Offrs & Men in accidents.. the loss is absolutely irreparable to their families.. however.. it cannot become a reason to make someone as India’s National Hero.. a Nation needs to choose its Heroes very carefully, as they represent the character & ethos of the Nation.. they serve as an inspiration for the coming generations.. a viscous & vigorous campaign is presently on to place Gen Bipin Rawat on the same pedestal as FM Manekshaw.. this is not only preposterous & outrageous but smells of a deeper conspiracy to kill the very character of Indian Armed Forces, the last edifice of India’s sovereignty..would our young generation be now told to emulate Gen Rawat, who always placed his personal ambitions and interests above National & Organisational interests.. who was ever willing to stoop to any depths for his political & bureaucratic masters.. who was despised & detested by almost everyone in Indian Armed Forces.. 

He is now being portrayed as a true Soldier & Leader..but.. in reality, his career represents  the journey of Chetwoode Credo to its grave..he joined NDA as a Cadet in Jun 74.. was relegated during training for Lack of Offr Like Qualities.. he still managed to win Sword of Honour while passing out from IMA, because his Uncle was Comdt.. managed to plot his initial Career because his Father was DCOAS..finally managed to become COAS through political machinations.. actively presided over worst ever downgradation, degradation & humiliation of Indian Armed Forces..awarded himself PVSM as COAS.. & then managed to become India’s first Secy DMA & CDS.. it didn’t matter to him that his new status as Secy was lower than COAS.. are we now planning to convey to our Citizens and Armed Forces personnel that these are the real qualities needed in a Soldier, in a Leader and in a Good Indian Citizen ?

List of his shameless conduct & betraying actions in endless.. just to quote a few.. he openly declared that India is not going to fight any war in future, specially with China.. immediately shelved raising of Strike Corps against China.. cut down allocation for infrastructure development against Chinese.. praised the lowest ever budgetary allocations for Defence since 1962.. he refused to pursue Pay Commission anomalies.. in fact, he praised the Pay Commission award and openly declared that there are no outstanding anomalies.. he openly allowed downgradation & degradation of Faujis in comparison with CAPF, in terms of status & Pay & allces.. since 2018, CAPF pers have been drawing higher rates of Risk & Hardship Allce while serving in the same areas.. he declared that NFU was not needed by Fauji Offrs.. stopped tax benefits to disabled soldiers.. pushed forward proposal for reducing disability pensions.. stopped reimbursement of educational fee of wards of our martyrs.. put forward proposal for reducing Fauji pensions.. stopped rations..stopped Hotel accn on TD.. declared that all Faujis are ‘chors’ and that Offrs exchange ‘briefcases’ in Hotels.. pushed for cuts in pay allces of Faujis to buy wpns & eqpt.. disowned Veteran Soldiers.. made the Veterans health case scheme ECHS almost defunct by depriving it of fin sp .. extended CSD facilities to even Def Civ retirees and their dependents & then starved the Fauji CSDs of funds, with payments against purchases getting deposited into Consolidated Fund of India.. allowed JCOs to be equated with Civ non Gazetted, Capts with Civ Gp B Offrs and Brigs with Civ PB3 Offrs.. allowed Civ Gp B employees to displace Fauji Offrs in their own Service HQ.. allowed mindless litigation against Faujis & Veterans.. made Appellate Justice for Faujis almost defunct by allowing dilution of AFT Act.. unconditionally opened all roads in Cantts for encroachment by vested interests.. allowed role of LMAs to be rendered irrelevant in transfer of Defence land.. gave orders for closing down of golfing facilities.. increasingly employed Fauji resources for electoral optics.. shielded corrupt, encouraged sycophancy and directly/ indirectly punished all those who actually stood for the organisation..

Do we need such National Heroes ?? Do we want our children to emulate what he stood for ?? Ask yourself !!

CBI, IB do not help judiciary at all: Supreme Court

 There is nothing breaking or astonishing in this.

This news will soon be subsumed (gulped or swallowed) by the fascist regime, by the help of the top ministers’ and lawmakers’ statements denying the allegation, trolls abusing the judges and judiciary, and mentally retarded slaves taking it as attack on Hindus and the subservient media doing the rest, indulging in fake debate on the issue, where except shouting and screaming by the participants, nothing else happens!

Not only this news, but others, where genocides have taken place, millions died due coronavirus pandemic, where the patients never received proper medical facilities, unplanned demonetization and GST implementation, lock down, millions being unemployed and starving, the Rafael and other scams (Remember Vyapam scam?), Pegasus snooping, and hundreds of other “BREAKING” news have died down their ‘natural’ deaths.

Capitalism and its various forms, whether social democracy or fascism, state or crony capitalism, is greater and much more crook than chameleon (With a difference that chameleon has natural ability to change its color, to camouflage itself, so that it can hunt its prey successfully.). Capitalism changes its mask and methods to suit the balance of power and its ‘need’ of profit and continuation of hegemony and thus it increases its longevity.
Where is the alternate to revolution? Revolution led by the proletarian class to dismantle capitalism and replace this rotten system with socialism.

Reform of Revolution

 The process of reform is never ending, be it US, UK or India, Somalia. Reform is a process, could be in any direction, even reversing the old reforms in different names or shades.

For example, it may include establishment of workers’ colonies in close proximately (or even inside) of a coming up of a township. These workers could be skilled and unskilled ones. Transporting them from a distant habitat on daily basis would be uneconomical. Their presence is not illegal and administration, police, courts do not take cognizance of their existence, neither raise any question. They are given regular supply of electricity, water, TV, WiFi, etc. and even pay property taxes in some cases. To help them live and find means of subsistence for themselves, small shopkeepers, venders, maid servants, small scale doctors, lawyers settle there. They become part of the ‘civilized’ world and the growing townships of the establishments.

After a decade or so, when the township grows enough, the land prices rise more than 5-10 times and even 100 times, there arises ‘need’ of making mauls, PVRs, builders’ society, parks, water bodies, various institutions, beautification of the town for the growth of the country. The laws are changed to carry on ‘reforms’ for the need of the country and GDP!

These colonies become illegal, the dwellers become rogues, uncouth, uncivilized lots, even branded foreigners and terrorists, and reform evicts them by force, where judiciary, police, bureaucracy, government, builders, businessmen and financiers, banks unite!

So are the cases with building huge statues, reforming religions (new ones also come up), cultural institutions, changes in relations with other countries with changes in internal situations, market laws, labor laws, farm bills (to convert the agriculture in sync with industries), ‘mood’ of the people which changes with the mood of the political parties, who change as per the mood of the big capitalist class (both domestic and international), amendments in constitution or making a new one, changing demography, nationalization and privatization in both direction as per the need of the capital, election process, from ballot paper to EVM and back, etc. and etc.

Whole story of so called REFORM is to maximize the rate of profit (increase the surplus vale, both absolute and relative), and it has be in motion, because one or few measures get exhausted after certain time and profit rate, which has a tendency to fall to zero, starts tumbling.

However, there is resistance to this process, the reform, by the working people, against whom the reforms are initiated, their lifestyle and living standard goes down, their employment opportunity and purchasing capacity goes down, despite few exceptions for the few people, whose income increase, especially during economic boom.

Comrades and Friends, get out of the so called process of reforms, which is nothing but a capitalist class need, albeit in name of national interests and welfare of the people. Think holistically and work to bury capitalism, mother of all evils, and supersede it with socialism.

Stop opposing or favoring reformism.
