जनतंत्र और संविधान की क़सम खाने वाले ध्यान दें!
आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आधार के एक और मामले की सुनवाई थी (पुराना मामला तो 'न्यायाधीशों' ने जिंदा दफ़ना दिया है, इसलिये कुछ 'पागल' लोग एक नया मामला लाये थे) पिछले सप्ताह दो बड़े वकीलों (दातार और दीवान) ने आधार के ख़िलाफ़ बुर्जुआ जनतंत्र, स्वतंत्रता और मानव अधिकारों के सिद्धांतों के हिसाब से जबर्दस्त, प्रभावशाली तर्क दिए थे|
आज सरकार की ओर से अटॉर्नी जनरल रोहतगी ने जवाब दिया| मुख्य बातें -
1. किसी व्यक्ति का अपने शरीर पर भी पूर्ण अधिकार नहीं है, सरकार हमारे अपने शरीर पर अधिकार पर भी रोक लगा सकती है|
2. रूसो (जी हाँ, सही पढ़ा, रूसो!) के सोशल कॉन्ट्रैक्ट की नई व्याख्या दी गई - समाज एक कम्पनी है जिसके हम मेंबर (मज़दूर?) हैं! राजसत्ता तो पूँजी मालिक अर्थात शेयरहोल्डर ही हुई फिर! समझिये - पूँजी मालिक की मर्जी ही अंतिम है, श्रमिक को तो मजदूरी मिल जाये वही बहुत है!
3. राजसत्ता को पूर्ण अधिकार है कि वह चाहे तो व्यक्ति का कुछ भी करे - चाहे तो उसकी जान ले ले (यही कहा गया, मेरा निकाला अर्थ नहीं हैं!)
4. अब तक हम आपको मूर्ख बना रहे थे आधार को स्वैच्छिक बताकर; आज बता देते हैं कि यह अनिवार्य है, बचने का कोई मौका नहीं दिया जायेगा|
5. संविधान के मूल अधिकारों वाले अनुच्छेद 19 (1) (g) का हवाला दिया गया था; सरकार की ओर से रोहतगी ने कहा कि इस अनुच्छेद का तो ज़िक्र भी मैंने बहुत दिन बाद सुना है, अब भी लोग इसकी बात करते हैं क्या!
रोज-रोज बड़ी-बड़ी वीरताभरी टिप्पणियाँ करने वाले न्यायाधीश लोग आज इस सरकारी साफ़गोई पर ज़्यादातर चुप ही रहे!
तो जनाब, आप दम भरते रहिये जनता के संविधानिक अधिकारों, स्वतंत्रताओं और परम्पराओं का, सत्ताधारी वर्ग अब इसे प्रहसन से ज़्यादा कोई अहमियत नहीं देता; वे अब इस नाटक का पटाक्षेप कर मेहनतकश लोगों पर नग्न पूँजीवादी शोषण और दमन का फ़ासीवादी चक्र चलाने के लिये तैयार हैं|
A very right analysis!
Fascism is in every field of governance & society. Only a blind, for whatever reasons, can not see it. For a political activist, a left ideologue or a fighter for the working class cannot ignore this reality!
The fight against this ugly, blood thirsty beast is no more possible in old ways. Example of a "Grand Alliance" may alter the face of this beast but the virus is in every 'pillars' of the bourgeois democracy, in social organisations, educational institutions, the parasitic criminal goons are here to stay & grow. The Left alliance with Congress is too old and stale, we saw a trailer in Bengal's election.
The truth or the ground reality is very clear. Aadhar, life term for the MUL workers & Sai Baba, killing of the minorities, Dalits, progressive writers, etc by these goons are few examples. Military is no more untouched, junior was elevated to become the Chief.
So, the solution of the present is only & only a proletarian revolution, whether in a single stage or in two is irrelevant at present, but this revolution must culminate in establishing socialism, burying capitalism, the mother of all evil & exploitation, forever.
Anti fascism fight must end by establishing socialism!
